Business – shop of goods for kids.
Elena was born in Ukraine. She graduated from the professional school located in Rubezhnoe town with two specialties - the cashier-controller and sales person. Then she worked in trade according to her degree. Elena moved to Moscow with her husband 12 years ago. She tried to work in tourist business, but then again turned back to trade area. Elena worked both with goods for children and goods for adults (the footwear and jersey), but since 2001 she focused only on children's assortment.
In 2003 Elena along with her husband decided to start own business. They heard about Integra, made a business-plan and then received a loan, which in aggregate with their own funds allowed them to open a shop selling goods for newborns. The shop has existed for 1 year. Soon after that due to health problems Elena had to close down the shop. Then there was a very difficult time in Elena’s life related to an extremely serious illness and critical personal problems.
But Elena managed to overcome all these, and in the beginning of 2009 she opened up a new shop of goods for children. In December of 2009 Elena applied for a second loan from Integra for purchasing consignment of goods for children and opening a new line – maternity clothes.
Elena sells high-quality goods with reasonable prices. The advantage of this shop is that Elena considers clients needs and makes the assortment according to their wishes. With each of her clients Elena builds warm, friendly relationships.
Who purchased something in her shop once, would come back again. The number of regular buyers grows, the shop develops, the assortment and commodity circulation increases. Elena's motto, which helps her to not despond and move forward – “Never give up!”
